This is a Korea-based service. Personal data is processed under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). International users using this service consent to the transfer and processing of their data on Korean servers. The Korean version is the legally binding version.

- Required: Username, password (hashed), agreement timestamp
- Optional: Email (for receipts and password recovery), nickname
- Automatic: IP address, browser info, usage statistics
- Payment: Buyer name, phone, email (for KCP processing), transaction ID

3. Storage location
All data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Korea. By using this service, international users consent to the cross-border transfer of their data to Korea.
4. Conversation encryption
Journal entries and session dialogue are encrypted with AES-256 at the column level. Administrators see only metadata (timestamps, token usage), never content.
5. Third-party processors
- Anthropic (Claude API) — Conversation content is sent to Anthropic for AI processing. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, your data is not used to train Claude.
- KCP — Payment information is processed by NHN KCP, the Korean payment gateway.
- Google Cloud (TTS/STT) — When using voice mode, audio is processed by Google Cloud Speech services.
6. Retention period
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account from the settings page, after which personal data is removed within 30 days (except where retention is required by Korean law, e.g., transaction records).
